Transform® Full Triangle Standard Breast Forms

Soft, lifelike breast forms that remain durable: Transform® Standard Breast Forms are 100% silicone gel inside a polyurethane film that moves with your body.

They feature the TRANSFORM® brand's unique internal nipple, designed to replicate the natural breast, and they are symmetrical for an easy fit. The price includes one pair, containing two (2) forms. 

These soft gel silicone breast forms offer a full profile, with a curved back to fit against the chest wall. The shape fits inside full-figured fashion bras (with or without underwire) and in pocketed bras. The built-in nipple is prominent for a natural appearance.

Triangles are symmetrical forms, so they fit either side of the body, but they do have a top and a bottom. TRANSFORM SUPERSOFT® Full Triangles are very easy to fit. Each form's contoured back curves to the chest wall for a smooth, natural look.
